Our AAC assessment services are designed to thoroughly evaluate an individual's communication needs and determine the most suitable Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) solutions. Through a comprehensive process we conduct in-depth case history, considering factors such as communication abilities, preferences, and goals. We utilize a range of tools, observation, feature matching and collaboration with clients and their support networks to develop a personalized AAC plan. Our goal is to ensure that each individual receives the appropriate AAC support to enhance communication effectiveness and promote greater independence and participation in daily life.

This assessment will require an ongoing treatment plan that involves trialing systems. We will complete trials prior to submission of funding paperwork to insurance plans for high tech devices.

$300 for an initial evaluation upfront if out of network with BCBS.

Our comprehensive Speech, Language, and Literacy Evaluation provides a detailed assessment of communication skills, helping to identify any challenges in speaking, understanding language, reading, or writing. Conducted by a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

This evaluation is essential in creating a tailored intervention plan that addresses specific communication needs and supports academic success.

When we first speak we can discuss the concerns and develop a detailed evaluation plan prior to meeting and discuss in detail what this evaluation would include.

$250 for an initial evaluation upfront cost if not BCBS insured. Can also be reimbursed through your out of network benefits.

I work with children and adults 18 months - 21+ years of age, with a range of diagnoses. Using the child led approach, I meet each individual where they are at and support growth in areas of need while incorporating movement, sensory supports and their interests. Building off the foundation of a strong therapeutic relationship, I work with clients to support regulation, engagement, social-emotional development language development through meaningful activities and interactions.

$100 -$150 per session is upfront cost if do not have BCBS insurance.

Tailored Reading Support

Benefit from our expertise in the Orton-Gillingham Method, a highly effective evidence based approach to reading instruction. Our specialized training ensures personalized support that addresses the unique needs of learners, building confidence and success in reading. Targeted instruction to develop foundational skills crucial for reading success, including phonological awareness, phonics, and decoding strategies. Typically best outcomes consist of meeting 2-3 times a week .

$125 per hour session upfront if out of network with BCBS.

Through personalized coaching sessions, we provide practical strategies, hands-on training, and ongoing support to optimize communication outcomes.
